I conduct workshops and seminars on capability development: building organizational capabilities from concept to operational reality, particularly business analysis centers of excellence (BACoEs). These practical sessions guide participants from fragmented practices to systematic capability: defining strategic scope and governance, securing executive sponsorship, navigating political resistance, demonstrating measurable value, and avoiding failure patterns that derail capability-building initiatives.

I also speak at conferences and to leadership teams on topics including organizational transformation, leadership development, capability building, and navigating complex organizational challenges.
