Executive Coaching

I coach high-performing leaders stuck in patterns that hold despite capability, awareness, and sustained effort: a ceiling on their own performance, or harm directed toward others that survives feedback, consequence, and development work. Most coaching approaches address what is visible: the behavior, the belief, or the developmental edge. When the underlying cause is not reached, the pattern returns. I work at that level, identifying what is actually maintaining the pattern rather than addressing its symptoms.

Engagements are intensive. This work requires honest self-assessment, willingness to engage uncomfortable realities, and commitment to implementing substantive changes between sessions. Coaching is successful when leaders are ready to act on honest feedback rather than seeking validation for their current approach. This is not suitable for everyone. Engagements are informed by Gap-based coaching grounded in original research into persistent dysfunction in high-performing individuals. Learn more on The Gap page.
