I consult with senior executives in two capacities. The first is developing organizational capabilities that deliver measurable competitive advantage. This includes business analysis centers of excellence (BACoEs), initiative selection and prioritization frameworks, strategic decision frameworks, and related organizational capabilities.

The second is diagnosing why their organizations fail to execute strategy despite competent people and clear goals. This requires systematic assessment of decision patterns, organizational dynamics, and capability gaps to identify what is actually broken, not what executives prefer to believe is broken. It also requires acknowledging and confronting uncomfortable organizational truths: entrenched interests blocking progress, political dynamics derailing initiatives, and systems preserving dysfunction.
